The jury is in, the case is closed, and all these 5 star ratings are to be believed!! 35 years in the same home, and gosh, I wish this "A-Team" did more than just gutters. Had the entire gutter system replaced on a 3000 sq. foot home, and I must tell you that the entire process, from the initial call in with Doreen, through consultation with Krys, and everyone In between, was choreographed like a symphony orchestra. The "A-TEAM" showed up on time, got right down to work, and were gone in the blink of an eye, after a thorough clean up. The 3 C's- competence, courtesy and communication live here. Replaced my entire gutter system on a 3,000 SQ foot home, and I must say the entire process, (from the initial call in with Doreen, to consultation with Krys, and everyone in between), was choreographed like a well-organized symphony. The "A-TEAM" showed up on time, courteous and professional, they knew what they were supposed to do, and everyone on the team got right to work, completed their tasks, and they were on their way home in the blink of an eye, after a full cleanup. No surprises,  just HONESTY. The "Three C's"- Courtesy, Competence and communication live here. I have been using NJ Home Maintenance for the past few years and I am very pleased with their service. They are on time, and professional and Doreen is very courteous and responds right away. I feel fortunate to have found NJ Home Maintenance Services to repair and clean my gutters.  Doreen was responsive to my initial request as well as the planning and follow-up throughout the assessment, estimate and repair process. She was able to schedule me much sooner than I had anticipated. It was great to have a contact person who is an actual person! The team who did the initial assessment and cleaning returned to do the repairs and were thorough, competent, professional and did an immaculate clean-up on both occasions. I have used NJ Home Maintenance Services for several services at my home including gutter repair and cleanings. They are always extremely professional, organized and courteous. What an excellent company to work with! Customer service is definitely one of their top priorities. I used them to install gutter guards and jet out clogged underground lines. We had a little confusion (my fault) on the estimate and I had a few back and forth phone calls. They were always very nice and polite on the phone, revisions to the estimate were always punctual, and it made me feel like I was a priority and not just a job number. One of the workers eventually came out to my house and I was able to go over and clarify what I was looking to have done. It was a very easy process. I had an updated estimate the next day and the job was completed about 2 weeks later. I never thought I would be looking forward to the rain so I can see these new gutter guards in action! Not sure how they are but I sent in a request for an estimate and responded to an email on questions on gutters when I was asking for an estimate on lawn drainage.  Well I never heard back from them so I guess they didn't want my service. Update:  I was immediately contacted as soon as they saw this review and they apologized for not getting back to me earlier.  With all the rain we have had they have been really busy.  Even with their busy schedule they were able to send someone out the next day when there was a cancellation to give me an estimate.
