NJ Home Maintenance Services provides professional exterior maintenance services including gutter cleaning, gutter repairs, gutter guard installation, underground drain cleaning, drainage solutions, soft washing, and related exterior services.
By approving an estimate or scheduling service, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- NJ Home Maintenance Services is licensed and fully insured.
- Gutter cleaning services remove accessible debris from gutters and accessible downspouts only. Some underground drains or buried lines may remain partially clogged due to root intrusion, collapsed piping, improper pitch, or hidden underground conditions.
- Roof stains, algae, moss, mildew, and organic discoloration may improve gradually over time after soft washing services and may not disappear immediately.
- Customers are responsible for notifying NJ Home Maintenance Services of any known drainage issues, underground utilities, fragile areas, loose siding, unstable surfaces, or pre-existing property damage before work begins.
- While every effort is made to perform services safely and professionally, NJ Home Maintenance Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, improperly secured gutters, aging materials, roof conditions, underground pipe failures, or issues caused by prior installations or lack of maintenance.
- Scheduled maintenance plans are recurring service agreements designed to provide preventative maintenance throughout the year. Service visit timing may vary slightly based on weather, foliage conditions, and scheduling demands.
- Any changes, additional work, or unforeseen conditions discovered during service may require additional authorization and pricing.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Severe weather conditions may require service rescheduling for safety purposes.
- By approving service, the customer authorizes NJ Home Maintenance Services to perform the approved work at the service address provided.
